Franklin Communications was created in 1982. Specializing in healthcare market research, we have collaborated with most of the major pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare advertising agencies and healthcare publishers. In a typical year, we speak with over 60,000 healthcare professionals and consumers on behalf of the clients. Michael Franklin, the principal, has had extensive experience in healthcare marketing. He combines both practical and academic experience to assist clients in both defining their research objectives and then identifying the blend of research capabilities to provide answers in the most cost-efficient way possible.
Michael, a graduate of the Columbia University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, also currently enrolled in a PharmD program, has advanced degrees - an MBA in marketing as well as having completed the Doctor of Professional Studies Program at Pace University. Professionally, he has held marketing positions at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Sudler & Hennessey, as well as being the first employee of the initial developer of the industry standard Focus Media Audits.
